Meet Sign Up - Junior Olympics March 26-28th

Dear Swimmers and Parents:

The last meet of the Championship season will take place at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio March 26-28th.

The Junior Olympics is a great meet for our young swimmers to attend and we are encouraging ALL SWIMMERS who qualify to attend. To qualify, a swimmer must have not done either 2 things,

1) He or she must have not ever swam that event before
2) If the swimmer has swam that event, he or she must have not swam it faster than a certain time. The qualifying cuts are located at the bottom of the meet info.

Points are awarded to the top 8 finishers in each age group. Medals are given to the top 3 finishers, individual and relay, and custom ribbons for places 4-8th.

Keep in mind the 1650 (the mile) is swum on Friday. All other events take place that Saturday and Sunday.

Last year, Lone Star had an outstanding performance and walked away with several first place finishes. We hope to repeat that performance, but in order to do so, we need as many swimmers as possible to enter.

Entry fees are $6.50 an event + $6.00 coaching fee and are due at time of registration. Please put payments in the treasurer's file. All entries are due by Thursday, Mar. 11 @ 6pm.
