About Lone Star Aquatic Club

UsA Swimming Team Lone Star Aquatic Club (LSAC) offers instructional, recreational, and competitive swimming programs for athletes of all ages and abilities. Since 1989, our USA Swimmers compete in a variety of meets throughout the state of Texas. LSAC swimmers have proven themselves to be some of the fastest swimmers in the state.

Founded in 1989, LSAC offers a youth program for children age 5 through 18, from the beginning swimmer to the most competitive and skilled swimmer. When a young person becomes a member of LSAC, he/she learns the values of sportsmanship and teamwork. Swimming, through LSAC, provides physical, emotional and intellectual skills that will last a lifetime.

As a member of United States Swimming (USA Swimming), we strive to provide high-quality coaching while motivating swimmers to be "the best that they can be" in a fun and competitive atmosphere.

LSAC successes' are not defined by the number of medals or trophies its swimmers receive, but by our ability to help instill a positive mental attitude necessary to achieve a lifetime of success. We strive to develop directed, reliable team members. While it is impossible for anyone to bestow these powerful character traits in another, it is possible for coaches, senior level swimmers, and parents to demonstrate these qualities for our children, in the hope they will emulate what they see.
