Olympic Gold Medalist Ian Crocker Swim Clinic
Dear Lone Star Families,
We are excited to have another great opportunity for our swimmers! Olympic Gold medalist and World Record holder
Ian Crocker will be hosting a swim clinic this Saturday, January 9th from 1 pm to 5 pm at our Round Rock YMCA pool
for Lone Star swimmers.
The first session is for our younger swimmers (12 years and under) which will be from 1 to 2:30 pm.
After working with Ian, who will train the swimmers with some unique drills, there will be a photo opportunity with
Ian and his medals for all of our swimmers. Be sure to bring your cameras for this memorable event! He also wants
to give a talk to inspire our swimmers and answer any questions that they might have.
Then the second session is from 3 to 4:30 pm for our older swimmers (13 years and up) and they will get their chance
to work with Ian.
The cost for this clinic is only $20 per swimmer since the team is subsidizing this event. (Normally a session with
Ian Crocker costs around $75 per swimmer.) Please bring a check payable to Ian Crocker.
