Lone Star Aquatic Club’s 3rd Annual Spartan Camp
We are continuing our tradition of developing the strongest swimmers in the Nation. This year, we have new
equipment, a new facility, and new exercises all geared to making you faster.
In years past, our locations have been scattered. This year, we have reserved the studio room at the YMCA to
accommodate our training. Last year, we emphasized cross fit into our program, this year it’s boxing. Learn
how bobbing and weaving can lead to great results inside the pool!!
Location: Round Rock YMCA Studio Room
Date: June 15 – August 15th, Mondays and Thursdays (2 nights per week)
Time: 8 pm - 9 pm
Cost: $100 (Please make checks to LSAC with Spartan Camp in the Memo and put in Treasurer’s file)
You do not need to be a YMCA Member to join Spartan Camp. Spartan Camp is open to male and female LSAC athletes
ages 13 to 19. We are limiting the number of athletes to 20 so please submit payment now to reserve a spot in
the camp. A signup sheet will be available at the pool or email coach Adam (AdamDepmore@yahoo.com).
